The 1M Dealership, also referred to as the 1M Building, is a building in Jailbreak that was added in the Monster Truck Update, the first update ever since the official release of the game.
Overview
This is where almost all of the 
1M vehicles, including the Monster Truck, Black Hawk, Volt, the Drone (previously the Blade before its spawn removal), and the Trailblazer spawn at. The Jet, Sloop, and the Tank are the only 1M vehicles that do not spawn here. The building is located in the Mountainside Town.
In the May 2022 Update, the 1M Dealership got relocated to Crater City. The relocation received backlash from many players, who complained that due to the dealership's new location being farther from the Prison compared to its previous location, there would be less players that would visit the dealership along with the Drone being used less since the Drone can only be found in the dealership and it cannot be spawned in Garages.
On June 1, 2022, asimo3089 posted a poll on Twitter asking people if the 1M Dealership should be moved back to the Mountainside Town or for it to stay in Crater City. The majority of the voters voted for the 1M Dealership to be moved back to the Town.[1]
In the June 2022 Update, The 1M Dealership was moved back to the Mountainside Town, replacing the Vacant Grocery Store, It contain 4 vehicle slots at the front, and the Black Hawk spawn, in which you can break the roof glass by flying up.

In the Town Revamp Update, the 1M Dealership was completely revamped. The new 1M Dealership gained a new color scheme, and had its design massively overhauled, now appearing as an octagonal, partially open-air building with two levels, the second being a smaller octagonal structure. It still holds the four 1M vehicles on the bottom floor, and the Army Helicopter on the roof.
The 1M Dealership used to hold the Blade. However, likely due to copyright reasons, the Blade was removed on October 6th, 2020. The next day, players were given 1,000,000 as a refund. A month later, the Blade's replacement, the Drone, was added in place of the Blade at its former spawn. The dealership was also used to display limited vehicle spawns, such as the Snake, Javelin, and the Aperture.
After almost a year of no changes, the 1M Dealership has changed in its layout. Since the addition of the Trailblazer, a fourth garage slot was added, which now houses the Monster Trucks' spawnpoint.
Original
The old 1M Dealership was a black coloured building with blue windows, roof, and lines. It has three open garage doors, two regular doors, and a large "1M" sign on the front. The left part of the M formed a "1". Inside the building was a ladder leading to a helipad at the rooftop. The Monster Truck, Volt, and previously the Blade were located inside, while the Black Hawk was located on the helipad on the roof. In the Volcano Eruption Mini-Update, the 1M Dealership was partially destroyed. The large "1M" sign had changed into a glowing yellow color.

1,000,000 forever, no more nor less. - The location used to have a grey and white roof color during the first hours of its release.
- Being the first 1M vehicle added, the Monster Truck was the first vehicle to be in the 1M Dealership.
- The Monster Truck was added to the game along with the 1M Dealership in the Monster Truck Update. The Steed and Stallion were also added in this update.
- The Volt was added to the 1M Dealership in the Winter Update 2017, along with the Megalodon and ATV.
- The Black Hawk was added to the 1M Dealership in the 1 Year Anniversary Update.
- The Blade was added to the 1M Dealership in the Blade Update, being the final vehicle to spawn in the dealership, until its removal. However when the 1M Dealership received a revamp, it gained an extra vehicle space.
- The Drone was added to the 1M Dealership in the Fall 2020 Update. Approximately 1 month after the now-removed Blade.
- The final 1M vehicle, the Trailblazer, was added to the 1M Dealership in the 2021 5 Days of Vehicles Event.
- Before the 1 Year Update, the Black Hawk helicopter pad had bricks and cones, and there was no ladder leading to the roof.

- As of the Garage V1 Update, the 1M Dealership's floor has been updated and looks more modern.

- Despite the Jet, Sloop and Tank being 1M vehicles, they do not spawn in this location. Instead, the Jet spawns at the Bounty Bay Airport, Crater City Airport and the Military Base along with the Tank. The Sloop also does not spawn here, spawning in the Pirate Hideaway.
- This is because the Jet and the Sloop are aerial and aquatic vehicles, respectively. The 1M Dealership is not close to water, and the Jet spawns at the Airport and Military Runways to allow it to take off easily. The Tank likely wouldn't be able to fit.
- Despite the Black Hawk being an aerial vehicle, it does not spawn at the Airport, and instead spawns here and at the Military Base.
- This is because the Jet and the Sloop are aerial and aquatic vehicles, respectively. The 1M Dealership is not close to water, and the Jet spawns at the Airport and Military Runways to allow it to take off easily. The Tank likely wouldn't be able to fit.
- The 1M Dealership is the first and only vehicle dealership in the game.
- There used to be two garage spaces on the left side of the dealership. When it first came out, the garage doors of those spaces were half open and the spaces themselves were empty. The Volt later occupied one space in the 2017 Winter update and the Blade in the Blade update.
