The Ambulance is a special vehicle in Jailbreak added in the 2 Billion Visits Update. Costing 
90,000, the vehicle can be found near the right side of the Hospital in the Rising City, near the Rising City Garage.
Overview
The Ambulance has 2 seats and a stretcher in the rear of the vehicle, which heals players at a rate of 10 health per second. The doors to the stretcher can be opened by pressing "G", pressing the GUI button on mobile, or selecting the GUI button on console. When any player enters the Ambulance's driver's seat, sirens will automatically be equipped, no matter what team the player is on. The sirens also have a unique sound, different from the police siren sound.
On November 3rd, 2022, the Ambulance was revamped as part of the 5 Days of Vehicles update, with a whole new detail and a free upgrade for existing owners.
Special Abilities
Unlike most other vehicles, the Ambulance has a special ability. If players sit on the stretcher in the back of the Ambulance, they will gain 10 health per second. The doors can be opened by the driver of the vehicle by pressing the "G" button. The doors do not need to be opened to enter or exit the stretcher. Players do not need to own the Ambulance to use the stretcher either, as they can simply walk up to any unlocked Ambulance, sit in the stretcher, and gain health.
It also includes a unique siren sound, different from the Police vehicle sirens and Firetruck siren. They are also equipped when a player enters the driver's seat, no matter if they're a police officer or a criminal.
Performance
The Ambulance's performance is pretty below average. Top speed is easily outclassed by vehicles similar in price, and so as the acceleration and launch speed. It only competes with the Pickup and Camaro in top speed, acceleration, and launch speed. Handling is decent and off-roading is acceptable, comparable to some supercars. Reverse speed is not the best, but not the worst either. Overall, this isn't a recommended vehicles to purchase, mainly due to its lack of performance.
However, as of the July 2022 Update, the Ambulance has been buffed, it is now able to beat the Camaro and Pickup with ease. It can beat the Raptor, Badger, Steed and even the Model 3.

Trivia
- The current model of the ambulance seems to resemble a Ford E350 Ambulance.
- Previously, this vehicle seems to be based on the Chevrolet GMT 610 Ambulance.
- Getting out of the Ambulance underneath the first version of the Hospital would result in players getting stuck in the building, similar to how the Pickup would glitch players into the Gas Stations roof when getting out of it.
- The Ambulance used to not be able to equip textures until a miscellaneous update after its release.
- When the Battle Royale gamemode first came out, players could've used the Ambulance to heal themselves on the stretcher there for the rest of the match, as the stretcher heals more than the storm damages.
- This feature was heavily abused and was fixed a week later; players now can still drive the Ambulance during Battle Royale, but the stretcher does not do anything.
- Since the Garage 2.0 Update, the Ambulance had an unusual license plate that read "VRO OOM"
- After the revamp, the license plate now reads "MEDIC!".
- The Ambulance can be used to perform an infinite health glitch, where the stretcher will heal a player's health faster than it can be depleted.
- To perform this glitch, you must get a friend or an alternate account. Get them to spawn an Ambulance. Then get them to spawn another Ambulance while you're inside the stretcher. After spawning, if you are in a "sleeping position", that shows the glitch works. The effect stacks as well. Due to this, you can perform the glitch multiple times and have a faster healing rate.
