Overview
Badges are a system in Jailbreak, in which a player can earn an award for achieving a certain goal. There are six badges available to earn. If players get all of them, they will get the seventh badge, the MVP badge, along with an exclusive Star Rim that costs 1,000 after earning the MVP badge.
There are also 2 badges related to Season 3 and Season 2 of RB Battles in which players cannot obtain anymore, and another badge that has been removed.

This badge was given out to players who got the copper crown in the Ready Player One event. It'll likely be disabled soon and replaced with a real badge. We disguised it as a "Meet The Devs" type badge to hide the event from you guys! Thank you! |
Trivia
- The badge "Bonnie & Clyde" is a reference to the two criminals Bonnie Elizabeth Parker and Clyde Champion Barrow in the United States during the Great Depression (or the Dirty Thirties) from 1930 to 1939.
- The badge "Meet the Devs!" was added into Jailbreak on February 7th, 2018, and is no longer obtainable.
- If obtained, the MVP badge will unlock "Star Rims", but they still have to purchase them for $1,000 in-game cash.
- Players do not have to be police to get the "Top Gun" badge.
- There were several issues with the badges when they first were released, though they were patched over time.
- The badge "Smooth Criminal" is a reference to the late famous singer Michael Jackson's song Smooth Criminal which was released in 1988.
- The badge "Top Gun" is a reference to the Top Gun movie series.
- The badge "???" was added into Jailbreak on July 15th, 2020.
- The badge "Jailbreak RB Battles Championship Badge" was added into Jailbreak on October 19th, 2020.
- There is, currently, only 2 badges related to the RB Battles Event: The "???" Badge and the "Jailbreak RB Battles Championship Badge".
- The "Defeat The CEO!" was the most recent badge added to Jailbreak.
- The badge "Master Criminal" is a reference to a non-Roblox Game called Skyrim.
- As of December 23rd, 2020, the most obtained badge is the "Smooth Criminal" badge, where over 29 million players own it.
- The least obtained badge is the "???" badge, where less than 485 thousand players own it.
