Beaches are one of the minor locations in Jailbreak. They were first added in the 2019 Winter Update, where only one beach was added. More were added in the map expansion of 2020 Live Event and more were added in the 2022 Live Event with the map expansion.
Overview
Beaches serve no purpose besides serving as decorations. At the beaches are some sittable beach chairs, non-collidable umbrellas, and palm trees. Like any other beach in real life, they are mostly located nearby Large bodies of water.
Beach Locations
Currently, there are ten Beaches throughout the map:
- Nearby the Volcano Criminal Base.
- At the Rising City close to the Tomb. One of the Tomb exits is near here.
- At the Rising City behind the Roadster and Model 3 spawn points. The Jet Ski used to spawn here.
- At the very far west side of the map near the Train Station.
- At the very far east side of the map stretching from behind the Gas Station to the mountains behind the Prison.
- At the far east side of Cactus Valley. The Camper spawn is located here. The Oil Docks which lead to the Oil Rig and house the spawns of Jet Ski, Cruiser and Speed Yacht is also here.
- Top of the map near the Crater City Bank. The Badger has a spawn point here.
- Next to the Crater City Garage.
- In between the Crater City and Coastline Forest.
- Near the Beach Town and Trading Port. The Tow Truck spawns here.
Coastlines/Riverbanks
Some locations lack the qualities of a beach but still have sand or border the River. These are coastlines and riverbanks around the map. There are three of these throughout the map and they include:
- The riverbank near the Tomb and Mountainside Town. The Dune Buggy spawns here near one of the Tomb exits.
- Near the Volcano Criminal Base.
- Near the Bounty Bridge and Power Plant.

The beach locations scattered across the map.
Trivia
- One of the beaches was the starting point of the race in the Jet Ski Racing Gamemode, before the removal of Gamemodes from the game. This was located at the Rising City where the Jet Ski spawned.
- The majority of the original beach area was present far before the addition of the beach shore itself. The houses, for example, have existed since the Expansion Update.
- The sandy shore of the first beach was originally revealed in Badimo's tweets for the [[Update Log|2019 Winter Update]]. It was slightly visible in the top-left corner of an image revealing the Cargo Plane.
- The beach itself was originally added in the 2019 Winter Update, but was white and blended in with snow.
- As of the April Live Event, beaches, more specifically coastlines, have been added all around the Jailbreak map.
- As of the same update, the Lighthouse was added on the coastline of the map.
- The first beaches were added sometime after the expansion update, which is now the Crime Port.
- More beaches were added in the Oceans/Ships Update, including one in the river near the Rising City Bank.
- There are small ramps on beaches where vehicles can exit and enter the water easily.
- The first beach to be added in the Expansions Update was later removed in an unknown update.
- Some beaches near the Power Plant's old location were removed in the 2022 Live Event.
