The Cactus Valley is a vast location in Jailbreak, added in the 5 Year Anniversary Live Update. It occupies a sizeable portion of the added expansion area.
Overview
The Cactus Valley is largely empty, only featuring some locations on its outskirts, namely the Crown Jewel, Military Base, and Crater City Airport. It used to house the spawn of the Tow Truck as well, before it was moved to the nearby Beach Town as of the Trading Update. The developers have confirmed that the Valley will see new locations added to it in future updates.
The Cactus Valley seems to resemble Jailbreak in its early days, being mostly empty, with a few key structures, one robbery, a city, and an airport, among other things.

Crater Desert

The Cactus Valley Desert takes up the majority of the plain. Ever since the Live Event concluded, it has remained largely unoccupied, only receiving minor updates from time to time, until the Spring 2023 Update which saw its revamp. The area has countless rocky mesas scattered all around, as well as cacti and tumbleweed. |
Crater City

Crater City is one of the newest major Locations in Jailbreak, added in the 5 Year Anniversary Live Update. It is located on a large flat plain, north of the Valley. Here you can find a gun shop, a garage, a penthouse, as well as many skyscrapers. The Cargo Train also enters the map from here. It is the northern-most location on the map. |
Crater City Airport

Serving as an airport for the aforementioned Crater City, it is located south of it. On the giant runway you can find a rentable Private Jet as well as the spawn of a Stallion. There is also an ATC tower which players can enter and enjoy the view from. |
Crown Jewel

The Crown Jewel is a heist located in the Crater City, added during the 5 Year Anniversary Live Update. It seems to resemble a nightclub, which requires finding a code and then disabling the vault security in order to be robbed. It is the northern-most robbery in the Valley and on the map, together with the Mansion. |
Military Base

The Military Base serves as a Police/Military Headquarters which houses the spawn of the former. Here you can find several Barracks, including the Top Research Barrack (housing the spawn of the UFO), a War Room with a map on display, Police Attire and a Gun Shop; spawns of many Vehicles, the Secret Agent Base and two Turrets that attack any Criminals that appear in |
Desert Hideout

A wooden cabin located in close proximity to the Military Base, it was added in the Dream Homes Update and costs  45,000 to purchase. From here, you can occasionally see tumbleweed passing by.

Crater Lake

A large lake where a meteor landed during the 2022 Live Event, which started it all. It used to be a crater, hence the name of the lake and a variety of the locations in the Valley. It turned into a lake after a miscellaneous update. |
Trivia
- The Cactus Valley is the second overall desert to be added to Jailbreak, after the Desert/Dunes.
- It is the larger of the two.
- The Crater Lake used to be an actual crater where one of the meteors landed during the 2022 Live Event.
- It turned into a lake after an unknown update.
- The names of most of the locations surrounding the Valley also derive from it.
- Cactus Valley, interestingly enough, vaguely resembles the original Jailbreak map.
