The Soccer Ball Challenge is a small side mission in Jailbreak, where players try to push the giant soccer ball into the soccer goal near the Museum. The current reward for this challenge, as of March 4th, 2023, is the EXP-1 Rims.
Objective
To complete this event, players need to move the giant soccer ball into the goal at the Museum.
The objective of getting the ball into the goal is rather challenging. It must be pushed from its spawn point near the Season Hypezone next to the highway leading to the Rising City, through the City, up the road leading to the Museum or past Rising City Police Station, and to the into the goal at the Museum hill.
The best way to get the ball to the soccer net is to carry it inside the Cybertruck's trunk, although the ball can move sometimes. Another method is to use a powerful vehicle such as any helicopter or the Volt, as they can move the ball with ease. Players can also get other players in the server to help with moving the ball to the soccer net.
When the ball is successfully pushed into the net, the server will announce that a goal was scored and that everyone receives the reward. A server message will appear in the chat: "[Server] The soccer ball went into the goal! Everyone is awarded [Current prize here]".
Method 1
For this method, players are recommended to purchase a Cybertruck and customize it to the lowest suspension, engine and brake settings. This will make the ball easier to jam to the trunk, as well as ensuring that the ball does not slide off while carrying to the soccer net.
- Escape prison and get the Cybertruck. Alternatively, players can join as a police and use the Cybertruck.
- Push the soccer ball to a building, preferably the building nearest to the Cybertruck's spawn.
- Use the Cybertruck, ensure that it is customized to the lowest suspension, engine and brake settings, and try to jam it to the trunk.
- If step 2 and 3 did not work well, push the ball into the water, the ball would float. Ram it with the back of the truck and it would most likely work.
- Drive the Cybertruck to the soccer goal carefully and slowly. For this part, players are encouraged to disable the vehicle follow camera setting and drive in reverse. This will ensure players can see obstacles and drive at a moderate speed.
Method 2
- Escape prison and get a vehicle. Alternatively, players can join as a police and use any helicopter.
- Go to the huge soccer ball near the Prison.
- Start pushing it until players hit the bridge near the Gas Station. Here users encounter the first third of the harder parts. Players have to get it across the bridge.
- After players get it to the other side of the bridge, they should push the ball until the tree at the end of the straight road. Here, they will encounter the second of the three harder parts. They must not drop it in the large valley, as they will need to get it across the bridge again. Players are encouraged to try and get some people to help "protect" the ball by blocking cliffs and low terrain where it can fall easily.
- As soon as players cross the bridge, they encounter the hardest part: getting it to the Museum. It is recommended to use any helicopter. Use the road leading to the Museum directly.
- After they got it to the top, the last thing to do is to push the soccer ball into the net at the Museum. Once this is done, every player in the server will receive a prize and the ball will return to its spawn. One mistake, and the soccer ball will fall off the mountain, and players will have to repeat step 5 again.
Method 3
- Escape prison and get a vehicle, or become a police officer and get a vehicle. Any helicopter is preferable.
- Push the soccer ball onto the main bridge in the Rising City.
- Keep going past the Rising City Police Station in the City and keep on the left of the ball. Keep pushing it until there is leveled ground on the right of the ball; this is where players must push the ball through.
- Since this is not the route to the Museum, players must push the ball onto the road leading to the Museum and the goal.
- Push it along the road to the museum making sure their vehicle is on the right of the ball, and when they are almost at the Museum, push the ball up left.
It is recommended to do these methods with more than one people, and do it in a private server to reduce any possible external obstacles.

The average time between new rewards for the challenge is ~11.2 months. This means that the next reward was expected to be around early 2024. It is worth noting, however, that the range of the data is 6 months, so it could easily be any time around that period.

Trivia
- The goal was added in the Wings/Spoiler Customization Update, most likely to celebrate the FIFA World Cup 2018.
- asimo3089 stated that this event would be forever implemented into the game, but he'd change the prize every so often.
- When the soccer ball enters the goal, sometimes not all players will be rewarded. This can be because of lag in the server.
- In the Season 2 Update, there was a bug where players would not be awarded the Soccer Rims after scoring a goal. This was soon patched.
- Any players who did not get the reward due to the glitch were automatically given the rims in a patch update.
- In the April 2020 Update, the giant beach ball spawned near the wind turbines.
- Originally, the ball would spawn on the opposite side of the Prison.
- Now, it spawns right in-front of the Prison, near the mountain and bridge that leads to the City directly.
- When the ball has been pushed into the goal, it will respawn at its spawn point.
- The small soccer ball in the Prison courtyard can be pushed into the net, but it will not disappear nor award players with anything.
- The Soccer Event is the second ever Jailbreak event. The first being the Ready Player One Event which was held by Roblox, and Jailbreak was a game that hosted it as it was among the most popular games at the time.
- The Soccer Event is also the oldest event that is still ongoing.
