The Mountain Lookout and Jailbreak Sign are minor locations added in the Season 20 Update. They are located behind the Prison and has a road leading up to the mountain starting near the Oil Docks.
Overview[]
The Mountain Lookout is a small parking lot atop one of Jailbreak's mountains which hosts both the spawn of the XRK and the Jetpack. There is a simple building with light brown walls and a red roof behind the parking area. A sign can be found inviting players to take screenshots of the view from the lookout and tag Badimo's X account.
The Jailbreak Sign is a massive white sign that spells "JAILBREAK" in full capital letters below the lookout. The letters that make up the Sign are destroyable and can be run over by vehicles. The Sign is an obvious reference to the Hollywood Sign in Los Angeles, and it serves no purpose other than decoration.

- The vacant building at the top of the lookout is possibly a reference to the old Radio Station, which existed at the start of the game and was later turned into the Museum.
- The Mountain Lookout is likely an homage to the former Jetpack Island. Both feature long stretches of road leading to an elevated lookout area, both house the spawn of the Jetpack, and both feature the sign telling players to screenshot the view and send it to Badimo.
- The massive "JAILBREAK" sign underneath the lookout is a clear reference to the real-life Hollywood Sign in Los Angeles.
- Rather amusingly, this would imply that the city which makes up the Jailbreak map is quite literally named "Jailbreak".
