Not to be confused with the Volcano Criminal Base. The Rising City Criminal Base is one of the Criminal Bases and criminal spawns in Jailbreak. It is located in Rising City.
Overview
Appearance
The Rising City Criminal Base is seemingly built to look like it was transformed from a shipping yard. It consist of a main building and numerous empty shipping containers, along with several closed ones.
The main building has two rooms: one containing a Pistol and a Shotgun displayed on the tables, a prison jumpsuit clothes rack, and a ladder leading up to the roof; the other having the Boss Attire on the wall, along with a few armchairs, a vending machine, and another shotgun laying on the floor.
Between the shipping containers and the building spawns a Camaro and a Celestial. Previously, there used to be a separated storage building, which held stacks of decorative wooden crates.
On a crate behind the Camaro spawn, the "Dooglefox Was Here" easter egg is present, but only faintly.
In the Ocean/Ships Update, the main building was made out of bricks and had a blueish hue. Cargo crates were previously added here in the 2019 Winter Update before they were moved to the Crime Port nearby as of the Ocean/Ships Update of April 4th, 2020.
On Day 5 as part of the 2023 5 Days of Vehicles Event, a Falcon S spawnpoint was added inside the main building parking spot.
Purpose
The Rising City Criminal Base is a central location of where criminals can hang out, grab weapons, turn in their cash from robberies, and change out of their prison jumpsuit by using the clothe rack. If players own the BOSS Gamepass, their prison jumpsuit will be automatically removed when they escape the Prison.
The base is near the center of activity, as so it is a well-known destination for players. It is near the Jewelry Store, and players can directly parachute from it to the base, making it the most common place for criminals to collect the Jewelry Store's cash.
Due to these reasons, criminals residing in the base should always keep an eye as it is a hot spot for the Police, though not as much as the Volcano Criminal Base. The base should not be viewed as a safe house for criminals, as the police can enter inside with ease.
In the 2019 Winter Update, the base used to be a place where criminals could turn in the crate from the Cargo Plane, but as of the Ocean/Ships Update of April 4th, 2020, criminals have to deliver them to the Crime Port.

- On Day 5 as part of the 2023 5 Days of Vehicles Event, a Falcon S spawnpoint was added inside the main building parking spot.
