The Stunt is an aerial vehicle that was added in the Planes Update, alongside the Jet. It is notable for having two wing-embedded machine guns and a smoke trail. The Stunt was added on June 30, 2019, and received a remodel on November 2, 2023.
Overview
Current
The Stunt is based on the P-51 Mustang, specifically the B and C variants equipped with the "Malcolm Hood". Manufactured by American aerospace manufacturer North American Aviation, the P-51 Mustang and its variants have a historical reputation, being used in various conflicts around the world during its time. It features a functional canopy with a spinning grey propeller at the front and is equipped with dual wing-embedded machine guns; however, it is not recommended to fire too much, as just like the minigun, as it will overheat.
Original
The Stunt was a small plane with four grey propeller blades, a grey window for the cockpit, and three small, fixed landing gears with black wheels. During flight, the Stunt would leave a white smoke trail behind it, simulating what would be a smoke canister in real life. However, the smoke dissipates in real life, unlike in-game.
The Stunt's model was based on a number of planes. Different parts of the Stunt appeared as parts from different real-life planes. From the entire body's counterpart, it was most likely based on SportStar and EuroStar, two-seater, light sport aircraft manufactured by Evektor-Aerotechnik of the Czech Republic.
Performance
Current
The Stunt, while going through a price increase, is still seen superior to its original version in terms of performance. Its top speed surpasses all aerial vehicles but the Jet, acceleration is now greater than it already was, and its handling remains complex yet amazing as it was before. It features phenomenal performance for its price, being the second-best aerial vehicle, even better than the pre-revamp Jet, making it highly recommended for new players.

At the very beginning, the Stunt had mediocre performance. It featured below-average speed, slower than even the Crew Capsule, and despite being an aerial vehicle which can fly in a straight line, it was among the slowest in terms of travel time. As a result, this used to make the Stunt extremely unpractical for grinding, even if a player is good at piloting. Despite featuring high altitude and unmatched maneuverability, it was not a recommended vehicle to purchase, but could be purchased to practice flying controls before buying the Jet or for fun.
However, in the October 2022 update, the Stunt received a massive increase in top speed, making it an aerial vehicle with fair speed. Overall, the Stunt was a mediocre vehicle, but became excellent after the buff, assuming that the player is good at piloting it. In addition to its exceptional performance, the Stunt was unable to be disabled or shot down, which was a feature unique to it among all flying vehicles.

Machine Gun
The Stunt comes with four machine guns, two on each wing, dealing 15 damage per bullet. The machine guns cannot be freely aimed, as they are located parallel to the longitudinal axis of the aircraft. Their combined rate of fire is somewhat equal to that of the minigun present on the SWAT Van, Celestial, Striker and Bank Truck, though this is hardly appreciated as the guns will never hit the same point due to their position. Not unlike the minigun on the aforementioned vehicles, the stunt's machine guns also have an "overheat" mechanic, allowing for about ten seconds of continuous fire before needing to "cool down". Its bullets are also affected by projectile drop, though significantly less than that of the other miniguns.

- The Stunt used to spawn in only one specific color, hot orange.
- The revamped Stunt now only spawns in red.
- As of the Ship Update, the Stunt and Jet were made slightly easier to control.
- The Stunt's smoke trail uses the same smoke particle as the Passenger Train’s smoke particle.
- The revamped Stunt's model can be found on the r/JailbreakCreations subreddit, and was originally named the "Barracuda"[1].
- The revamped Stunt features the only working landing gears in the game, which are automatically deployed upon reaching speeds capable of stalling and upon close contact to a surface.
Miscellaneous Trivia
- The revamped Stunt is one of several vehicles in Jailbreak modelled by Zewo_Tsu, with the others being the Agent, Parisian and Laviolette.
- This model resembles a P-51C, due to it having a total of four machine guns built into the wings, instead of the usual six that were present on later versions of the aircraft.
- This is the second vehicle to receive a price increase, with the first being the Cybertruck.
- This is the 6th vehicle with a single seat, after the Classic, Volt, ATV, Patrol, Jet, and Jet Ski.
- The Stunt and Escape Bot are the only aerial vehicles to have a singular seat.
- The Jet had a singular seat before its revamp in the Season 12 Update.
- This and the Jet are the only aerial vehicles that are not restricted during the now-removed Battle Royale.
