The XRK is a community-created vehicle added to Jailbreak as part of the Season 20: Apocalypse update. Located at the Mountain Lookout, it costs 299,000.

Overview[]

The XRK is based on a Nissan GT-R. Modeled by D4EAMER, it features hand drive, custom engine sounds, and a Liberty Walk widebody kit. [1]

Performance[]

The XRK has great performance. It is top speed surpasses vehicles like the Ray 9 or Desert Crawler, and features launch and early-to-mid acceleration better than of the Stallion. It also has notably excellent braking. However, players may struggle with rough terrain due to its low front suspension, and some players may not be used to its right-hand driver seat. Still, the XRK is an excellent vehicle and one that is recommended for players to own.

The XRK has average handling. At higher speeds, no difference in ability to control is present. The XRK possesses surprisingly good off-roading ability. However, similarly to Proto-08, the car's front lip can get caught on train tracks and small hills.

Trivia[]

  • The XRK is the first Nissan-based vehicle to be added to Jailbreak.
  • This is the fourth Japanese car in the game, with the others being the Deja, Jackrabbit and Shogun.
  • The XRK is the third vehicle to feature right-hand drive in Jailbreak, following the Shogun and Speed Yacht.
  • This vehicle features a speedometer and a head-up display, however, these are not functional (the speedometer always reads "000") and merely decorative. Their red color also cannot be changed through the garage.

Miscellaneous Trivia[]

  • As the vehicle to start with the letter "X" and with there being no vehicles in the game starting with letters "Y" or "Z", the XRK is the last vehicle in alphabetical order.
  • The XRK was originally submitted for Season 15 under the name "Sheshi Widebody"[2] along with two other variants of the car.
  • The XRK is the first vehicle made by D4EAMER to be added in game.
  • A day before the XRK was officially announced, the vehicle was accidentally leaked by asimo3089 in a tweet.[5]
    • The tweet was then quickly deleted, and asimo3089 referenced the incident under the Badimo account's intended reveal of the vehicle the day after, jokingly stating that it was "tooootally your first time seeing this car" and that "nothing leaked, that was a dream."[6]
  • On the vehicle's announcement, the vehicle was originally called "XRT" as opposed to "XRK".
    • asimo3089 clarified that the announcement tweet had typos.[7] This is similar to what happened with the Parisian and Delorean.
  • The XRK is one of the few vehicles to have a custom license plate; the XRK license plate also features a unique text font.
  • The XRK's bodykit is based on the LB-Silhouette GT NISSAN 35GT-RR bodykit.
